1. MAKE A DONATION:

Use the PAYPAL DONATE button on the right to contribute to our legal fund. All major credit cards are accepted. Neighbors,we do not pay homeowners fees and your donation will be used to protect our property values and our families from the PATH project.

2. File as an Intervener:

If you have an interest in having your voice heard and want to retain your rights in the PATH case you should file as an Intervenor.  You can download the following example document and file it with the Maryland Public Service Commission at the address below.  Just fill in your information where appropriate.

Our esteemed elected officials do want to hear from you and arguably in the following priority:
1) a personalized letter or email from a constituent
2) a form letter or email from a constituent
3) a telephone call from a constituent
4) non-constituent letters/junk
