WE WIN!!!! Path is dead!

Monday, September 3rd, 2012

It’s official…PATH is dead.  The PJM Board during a phone conference on Friday, August 24th, decided to remove the Potomac-Appalachian Transmission Highline (PATH) and Mid-Atlantic Power Pathway (MAPP) lines from PJM’s regional transmission plans, based on the PJM staff’s recommendations.  This represents the culmination of months and months of effort on the part many people throughout the community.   Please see the attached letter from Dick Ishler, former President of C.A.K.E.S. as well as the urls below for further information.  Thanks to everyone who helped with their time and their resources to get us to this great victory!
