PATH request for Reconsideration DENIED!

Tuesday, December 21st, 2010

On Monday, December 20th, the Board of Zoning Appeals denied the motion submitted by PATH for the board to reconsider its decision of November 18th related to their special zoning request.   Three of the board members voted against reconsideration (Westdrop, Sepe, and Clapp) and on abstained (Duke).

This represents another positive step in our fight to prevent the construction of the substation but, again, the fight is not over.  We thank everyone for their help to date and ask for your continued diligence in supporting our cause.
